EDUCATION AT THE COMPANY

We offer an education system to our employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge which will let them pursue a career in the company.

PRACTICAL TRAINING

We currently work with several high schools whose students visit us for practical training sessions. Practical training with our team is fully inclusive and contributes to creating values. Aside from gaining valuable skills and practical experience, students are also remunerated for their work.

COLLABORATION WITH SCHOOLS

We are participating in the development of a new study area called “Plastics Engineering”. This is a subfield of Plastics Technology Engineering and focuses on the processing of plastics. Graduates in this field will know how to operate and tune machines to process plastics, diagnose their technical condition and locate defects and repair them.

A financial support plan has been prepared for students who will start studying this field in 2018/2019.
